Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?
Many orders are shipped on the same or next business day from order date.

There may be items that require direct shipment from the vendor, these orders usually require processing time of approximately 3-5 business days. Following processing/handling, you will receive an e-mail notification of shipment with tracking information. We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and provided tracking information for the shipment. 

For items shipped directly from our physical in mexico processing time is 5 days, and shipping 5-7 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages/Parcels
Abaceria Food Concept Store LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you discover your tracking shows the package, parcel was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.  

We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.

International Shipping
Abaceria Food Concept Store LLC currently only offers shipping within the U.S. and Mexico.

How do I track my order?
We are dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service. Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking number to track the order.
